Summary0003873: No one responds to the Lanternbot's whistle
DescriptionWhen the Lanternbot enters Agitated Searching, it sounds its whistle.

No one comes a-runnin' to see what all the noise is about.
Additional InformationThe message that the Lanternbot sends out to accompany the propagated sound is read by listeners, who ignore it because it's missing a piece of info.

The info is not available, so the message type has to change to something that doesn't require it.

I remember complaining about it in "Inn Business". I wanted to attract a guard to the pub roof with the bot and couldn't. At the time we put it down to pre-2.02 sound prop issues.
