Summary0003929: Selecting large number of brushes and entities is slow
DescriptionThe other day I was testing my outdoor map, where I imported a caulk hull made with many many brushes. I selected on brush and I decided to invert selection. It took forever for all those brushes to get selected.

Is there a way to speed up selection process? (under the hood performance)

I checked a map here with about 30k elements and inverting the selection took (in a slow debug build) less than 1 second. What kind of map are we talking about here?

That said, I ran it through the profiler a few times, and I see that there are a few possible optimisation points, someting in the 10-20% scale. But I won't touch it unless there is a real problem at hand, so I'm curious about the map you're working on. Can I have this map to run a few tests?
