Summary0004183: Crack decals on glass should not time out
DescriptionDecals on animated meshes (blood splats on AI, basically) do not time out. Decals on worldspawn and statics do time out.

Cracks on glass ideally shouldn't ever vanish. Look for a performant way to avoid the time-out that's built in to decals on statics.

This isn't a problem. The decal times out when applied to worldspawn or statics, but not when applied to a func_fracture.
