| Summary | 0004284: Exported OBJ files do not load in Blender | ||||
| Description | For whatever reasons, all OBJ files that I exported from DR fail to be loaded by Blender. At work now, but can upload OBJs in question somewhere if needed. | ||||

I can export brushes and patches to OBJ and Blender does accept it. Thing is, the objects appear to be huge in Blender. A 1x1x1 cube is about the size you can easily see in a default Blender setup, whereas a 300x300x300 cube exported from DarkRadiant is so large it can't be seen at first, you have to zoom out to a very wide view. Can you confirm that it's not the zoom level that prevents your exported OBJ files from appearing in Blender? For troubleshooting you can try to open the Blender console (In Blender's top menu: Help > Toggle System Console) to see what it says there after importing the OBJ file. |
