| Description | I tried to make an apparition using a variant of the camera view surface from http://forums.thedarkmod.com/topic/14394-apples-and-peaches-obsttortes-mapping-and-scripting-thread/page-11#entry349960 What I actually get in my mission is shown in the attachments (it changes with viewing angle). I've tried and was unable to reproduce this problem in a small test map; my w.i.p. map is too large to attach but I can supply it if anyone wants to work on this. Oddly, things seem to work as expected if I place the player start point inside the room; it's when I enter from elsewhere that I see the glitch. | ||||

Lots of render changes since 2.03. Can this still be replicated? |

I can't reproduce the bug under 2.10, though my attempts did end in a crash when I tried the Linux version. It's probably best just to close this ticket since the original problem is fixed. The map is an incomplete version of ITB so it's not exactly a neat, minimal example, and the assets it expects may have changed in my installation; I can't reproduce the crash bug in a simpler test map, even ones from the same era. |
