Summary0004308: New brushes have texture at lowest scale
Descriptionwhen creating a new texture. the texture on said brush is at the smallest scale, normally the texture scale on a newsly created brush would be the same as the last copied or selected texture

 I noticed this too, though I thought that previously the scale used was whatever was currently in the Surface Inspector.
