Summary0004348: Distant AI entering Searching or Agitated Searching State can become frozen in place
DescriptionIf an AI enters these states, he'll go to the search origin and start searching (or start guarding or observing).

If the search is for the player and the player is unreachable and far away (>787 units), the AI gets stuck and stands in place. He's not allowed to ramp down, because he can still see the player, and he's not allowed to enter Combat State and run toward the player because he's too far away. He's in limbo. If the player moves out of sight, the AI will begin to ramp down, though he still won't search around.

Allow ramp up to Combat (out of Agitated Searching) if the player is unreachable. Otherwise, the AI stand still some distance away because they can't walk closer to the player.
