Summary0004403: Mouse input tweak
DescriptionOn my work pc I could not use mouse because apparently some other program was using DirectInput in a non-exclusive mode.
TDM was requesting to use DirectInput in an exclusive mode and was denied.
I changed the mode for TDM from exclusive to non-exclusive and it works for me.
Also, I changed the initial mouse position from left-top to center

Why do we even need DirectInput anyway.
