DescriptionAs reported by Komag:

After having a split view working properly, if I simply select "View" - "New XY View" to place an extra floating ortho view, then close DR, then restart, delete that floating view, then load map, CRASH!

Fixed. The signal handler added by XYWnd via Map::addValidCallback() was not removed on ~XYWnd shutdown.

The removeCallback() method was missing, as the system was not designed to handle XYViews to be destroyed during runtime.
