Summary0004669: Bloom \ Post-Process does not render unless you toggle r_useFBO
DescriptionIt seems that the Post Process shader now uses FBO as an initial state.
If you start with r_useFBO 1 everything is fine.
If you start with r_useFBO 0, you may toggle to 1 then back to 0 to have Post Processing without FBO
Steps To Reproduce1) Enable Post Processing
2) Set r_useFBO 0
3) Restart
4) Start map "Closemouthed Shadows"
5) Note that no color correction or bloom is applied
6) Set r_useFBO 1
7) Now Post Processing works
8) Set r_useFBO 0
9) Post Processing still works

Bloom now works without FBO
