Windows build instructions should also be revised.

 Windows SDK (version 8 or higher) is preferred instead of DirectX SDK:
  https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ee663275(v=vs.85).aspx
DirectX SDK is discontinued. It can still be used (June 2010 is the last version), but then it must be added to props-files manually.

UPDATE: Appropriate Windows SDK is always installed with MSVC2013, so DirectInput is no longer a problem.

This file would serve as a basis for wiki page update after 2.06 is released.
