Summary0004816: Revise stock sound shaders and set no_efx where appropriate
DescriptionIn 2.06 we have EFX effects on locations, and some sounds may be excluded from these effects by puttint no_efx keyword in sound shaders.
Now we should go through all stock sound shaders, and exclude add no_efx keyword to some of them.

I've added it to player and game sounds, as well as all ambient music. Also added it to certain sounds that already have a high level of built-in reverb, like thunder and distant echoes.
