Summary0004818: Update and refactor scons script for building tdm_update
DescriptionI have done a lot of refactoring in Sconscript of the game itself in 2.06, as a result all of it looks homogeneous.
However, tdm_update's script is still quite strange.
It would be cool to refactor it the same way as the main game.

Note that tdm_update executables must be named differently, otherwise self-update would overwrite executable on one of the platforms.

Done in revs 8008-8013.

Merged scons files for updater and packager.
Established out-of-source build (all intermediate trash inside build dir).
Executables are put into bin subdirectory (as on Windows).
32-bit Linux build has suffix ".linux" (for compatibility with prior versions), 64-bit Linux build has suffix ".linux64".
