Did you check your spam folder? " Step 1 works fine. I get the email from lost password form. I click the link, yes it is the correct one as it opens the page no problem and gives a proceed button, to which it says I should get another email containing the reset password. I don't get the email. I also tried the second link, where you put in the user ID and validation key. Same thing. No the 2nd email is not in my spam folder. If my email provider was blacklisted I wouldn't get the first email. |
