Summary	0004990: Add a FrobHelper toggle
Description	Some players have requested the frob helper to be actively toggleable instead of having it automatically blend in based on current context. This new option is not meant to be added to the settings menu to avoid option clutter. This just just meant to be a console tweak for the advanced users.

STiFU 12.02.2019 12:59 developer ~0011578 Last edited: 12.02.2019 13:03	Rev. 7950: If you want to bind the F key to the toggle, enter the following in the console: tdm_frobhelper_alwaysVisible = 1 bind F toggle tdm_frobhelper_active 1 0 The existing fades and delay are also used when actively toggling the frobhelper, so be sure to tweak those cvars as well.
