|Fixed in Version||0.9.0|
|Summary||0000005: Prefab Insertion|
|Description||the currently disabled "Insert prefab here" option needs to be enabled, so that prefabs can be inserted at a given location; also processing of "bind", "target" and other entity connection keys will need to be verified.|
|Tags||No tags attached.|
As it looks like, the functionality is covered by "Save selected" and "Import", which can of course be renamed to accomodate DoomEdit users.
One thing I noticed is the "Version 2.00" at the beginning of the prefab .pfb file exported by DoomEdit. DarkRadiant doesn't seem to like this, as it expects an unsigned integer.
Entity connections are correctly preserved by "Import", btw.
Prefab insertion should be done now. There are two new menu commands under the "File" menu. Standard file extension is .pfb of course.
func_static childs are handled correctly, as are the entity connections. I tested it with a complex room of lights and connected entities that I inserted twice (to check for name conflicts). Should be ok.
