Summary0000514: Wrong sound played when dropping down alert levels
DescriptionWhen going down from a high to a low alert level, the AI will play the sound of the low alert level.

Probably needs new sounds to define for that, as coming down from a high alert is a different situation than getting a higher alert.

Example:

See nothing -> notice something: "I think I see something."
noticed something -> see nothing: "Must have been nothing."

Get into fight: "I will have ya!"
Leave fight (enemy dead): "That was easy."

The code for playing the right sounds when going up and down in alert level is in place. Now we just need the right sounds, so I've handed this one over to New Horizon. :)
