I tried a few times with different combinations of deleting and moving things up/down, but the Index column is always ordered correctly, like 1-2-3. Do you remember what the problem's manifestation looked like? Were the numbers wrongly sorted, like 1-3-2? |

Yup, the numbers were wrongly sorted. If you can't get it to appear for you, maybe something changed to fix it (magically thinking). Sounds like another candidate for the Limbo of Nonreproducibility. |
