Summary	0005278: Config files should go under ".config"
Description	DarkRadiant on Linux is currently storing its configuration files in $HOME/.darkradiant, however the modern FreeDesktop standard is to store config files in a subdirectory of $HOME/.config, for example $HOME/.config/darkradiant to avoid cluttering up the home directory.
