|Summary||0005544: DDS normalmap textures seem to be ignored|
|Description||While compressing normals to dds is not recommended, it was and should be still possible, as with all other texture types.|
It looks like dds normalmaps are simply ignored now, regardless of the compression type, and user gets no message on why would that happen.
|Steps To Reproduce||1. Take any existing tiling or model normalmap and open it in Gimp.|
2. Save as DDS using DXT1-5 compression (remember to use Generate Mipmaps option).
3. Place texture in the dds texture path.
4. Check in-game.
