| Description | Regions are very useful for quick testing and reduction in compiling times when maps start getting really big - you can leave whole completed sections of the map untouched, while you work in one confined region.
In DoomEd, you can export a region and launch it; DoomEd will intelligently build a bounding box around the exported region, so that it will be sealed for BSP. That is what this request entry is for.
Note: File | Save Region apparently saves the whole map. That's not very useful. However a selected area can still be saved out with Save Selected, giving basically the same effect. But! Save Selected doesn't specify that it is a region - it could be .map or .reg. So DR must be able to handle if the user wanted to export an unsealed region as opposed to saving a map portion. Perhaps a checkbox on the save dialog, offering to construct a bounding box around the saved geometry?
