Summary0006348: Rebalance some player footstep volumes
Description1. Several of the sounds show clipping or recordings of the game show clipping.
    - Reduce metal and water footstep sounds, because they are too loud and painful.
    - YouTube and Twitch streamers often comment "ouch" when walking, running, or jumping on metal and water.
2. Make player footstep volumes more consistent with each other.

Committed as assets rev 16864.

* Carpet
    - Reduced volume of jump land.
* Foliage
    - Reduced volume of all movement sounds.
    - Changed jump land sound to another foliage sound, because it sounded like landing on a trampoline.
* Glass
    - Increased volume of jump land.
* Grass
    - Reduced volume of all movement sounds (to match closer to Dirt).
* Ice
    - Reduced volume of all movement sounds.
    - Removed 1 out of the 8 sounds as it was used for the jump sound instead.
    - Changed jump land sound to another ice sound, because it sounded like landing on something else.
* Metal
    - Reduced volume of run.
    - Reduced volume of jump land.
    - Increased volume of crouch creep.
* Mud
    - Reduced volume of all movement sounds.
    - Removed 1 out of the 6 sounds as it was used for the jump sound instead.
    - Changed jump land sound to another mud sound, because it sounded like landing in goo instead of matching the other movement mud sounds.
* Stone
    - Reduced volume of creep, run, and crouch run.
    - Increased volume of crouch walk.
    - Reduced volume of jump land.
* Swimming
    - Reduced volume of surfacing (splash_subtle_01) sound.
    - Reduced volume of swim burst underwater.
    - Removed 1 out of the 3 swim burst underwater sounds as it was harsh.
    - Changed swim burst run sound to another swim burst sound, because it was mostly audible only out of the right side.
* Tile
    - Reduced volume of walk and crouch run.
    - Increase volume of run, crouch walk, crouch creep.
    - Removed 2 out of 5 run sounds that were too quiet.
* Water
    - Reduced volume of all movement sounds.
    - Reduced volume of jump land.
    - Changed creep sounds to walk sounds, because the creep sounds were too high pitched.
* Wood
    - Adjusted volume of all movement sounds, because all sounds use the same file but not matching volume for speeds.
    - Changed creep sound to another wood sound, because it sounded like a trotting horse.
    - Increased volume of jump land.
