Summary0006350: Support particle deform on animated models
DescriptionIt would be fun to have burning zombies.
But particle deform system does not support this currently.

Brief investigation showed the following problems:
1) Bounding box is not computed properly --- it seems that particle-deform computations are not even called.
2) "deform particle" particles blink all the time because particle generation depends on triangle areas, which change all the time.
3) World-oriented gravity/axis probably does not work...
Steps To Reproduce1) Unpack the attacked zip to Hazard Pay mission.
2) Install Hazard Pay mission.
3) map htest.
