Summary	0006455: Feature request: toggle option for Volumetric lights
Description	While working on an update to Sir Talbots with Baal, it occurred to us that for low end players it would be usefull to have an option to toggle this on and off from the main menu. The cvar for this is "r_volumetricDisable" 1 or 0 etc. There is space on the main general screen, but I assume we would want this on the advanced tab, under experimental features..?
