Summary0006559: Gas mine playertool
DescriptionTDM currently has no non-lethal option for zone control. In fact, there are not many non-lethal tools players can use to deal with AI, so a gas mine will hopefully fill in the gap by providing players with a non-lethal means of setting traps while playing.
To add further confusion, there is a "gasmine" model available for mappers to use, but no associated def; it is simply a static model that currently does nothing.
Additional InformationThe needed assets are:
1) Gas mine def file
2) Custom particle
3) Inventory icons/shop icons
4) custom sound perhaps?
5) Fix mapstartpack_complete and mapstartpack_equipment prefabs so that they include gas mines
