| Description | This is a closely related evil to 0000595, but it requires further description and the conditions are a bit different, so I'll track anew rather than reopening the other.
On my build (0.97pre2, 4/28/08 18:29:55), this is fully reproducable with the following steps:
1. open attached map
2. save it under a new name
The first problem is seen here -- in all viewports, all of the visual links between targeted path_corners vanish, though the properties still exist on the entities.
3. Create (don't dupe) a new path_corner somewhere
Now the next problem shows up. The newly created path_corner is visually targetting path_corner_2 (although no target property exists). Upon inspection, it is named path_corner_1 (which already exists).
I can't really guess if this is one problem, or two (disappearing visual links, and a bad increment (tracked elsewhere, I believe)). Either way, I think it is probably not the same as the "duplicate entities named xxx" issue, as this comes after a save action, and upon creation, not duplication.
Who knows, I'm confused. :wacko:
