Summary0006693: Cloning should place new object in active layer
DescriptionIf you clone an object, it remains in the original layer it was created in. It should be placed into the currently active layer which may be different.
Steps To Reproduce1. On a new map, create an object. It will be placed into the 'default' layer.
2. Create a new layer called 'test' and make it active.
3. clone the object from step one.
4. on the Layers tab, untick the 'test' layer. Both object are still visible meaning the cloned object was placed in the default layer.
