Also I note that (at least on Linux) it is not possible to select "All files" in the file open dialog, meaning that opening a .bak file requires typing the filename manually. |

The crash is now fixed in the development branch, but I will look into adding "All files (*.*)" into the file selector before merging back into trunk. |

Crash resolved and "All files (*.*)" added to file selector. Also refactored the reference cache and removed the use of HashedCache in favour of a std::map holding boost::weak_ptr's. |
