Summary0000087: Grid snapping / vertex editing
DescriptionI can't say how many times (including 5 minutes ago) I've needed exact adjustment of control points on a patch, but they just refuse to snap to any grid point, always leaving me with a 'slightly-off' patch.

This request is mainly for the sake of control when patch bending, but I guess there's no reason it shouldn't apply to normal brush vertices as well.

Both methods would be great, but either/or would be extremely helpful. Basically, whether it's a patch control point or an actual vertex, the ability to force it to snap to the grid when desired. Either by a RMB popup when selected, or a properties dialog, or something else altogether. I'm imagining you select the vertex, bring up the control, and it shows:

X: -0.994151
Y: 1.000005
Z: 1.998865

Then, the frustrated user either autosnaps it to the grid, or can simply type into the textboxes:

X: -1.000000
Y: 1.000000
Z: 2.000000

Ahh, the world is once again a peaceful place.

Gridsnapping is already possible for vertices. :)
