Summary0002613: Add more aspect ratios
DescriptionOur current code restricts the aspect ratio to 4:3, 16:9 and 16:10. The other two "common" aspect rations for movies are 1.85:1 and 2.39:1 and gamers with more than one monitor might want a few other ratios that at least come close to their setup, like 3:1, 4:1 or 5:1.

 Support for 5:4 resolutions (1280x1024, 1800x1440, 2560x2048) has been added wit revision #11783 (main) and 0004697 (source).

A 16:9 TV group has been added to the GUI, this just contains 1360x768 for now. Also support for the following resolutions has been added: 1600x900, 3280x2048, 3360x2100, 3840x2160, 3840x2400.

This should be done now with revision 0004700. A new CVAR r_fovRatio was added, when set to >0, r_aspectRatio is ignored and r_fovRatio : 1 used instead.
