As of today, it seems that projected light rendering is completely broken, they cast no lighting whatsoever.

Fixed a couple of problem related to the different plane representation in DarkRadiant's mathlib when compared to the TDM engine.
Rewrote the getLightTextureTransformation() code for projected lights.
