Description	We need russian fonts, for the GUI (carleton), HUD (Stone) and the readables (all the rest).

tels 04.07.2011 20:16 reporter ~0003906	Keeper_Riff provide us with a Carleton font, that takes care of the menu translation. (It needs a bit of bolding, but otherwise is very usable. Thank you!)

tels 05.07.2011 20:30 reporter ~0003907	The carleton font is now more bold, and there is also a Nancy Script font. Both fonts have the character 0xFF (russian "я") mapped to 0x86 (¶) because D3 cannot draw the character 0xff. The script gen_lang.pl will take care of remapping it in the file russian.lang.

tels 21.10.2011 12:48 reporter ~0004087	We need another font for the letters in the gamma/brightness screen. The menu does not specify a font, so it is unclear which font is actually used.
