Summary	0003835: add Swedish translation and language selector
Description	This needs a bit of GUI change to add the selection to the menu, as well as a new string section and character mapping file. The generated swedish.lang file will be in ISO 8859-1 (like Italian and so on). Also needs being added to the wiki.
