Summary0004005: The updater sometimes finishes with the wrong % complete
DescriptionSometimes the updater finishes its work, but shows some percentage complete number in the high 90s.

Should show 100%, even if it's an artificial showing of 100% when done, even when its internal counter hasn't reached whatever it considers to be 100%.
