Probably the same as 4775

Our arrow weapon defs don't have bounce sounds defined because weapons are typically
in two states:

1) Available in a static loot location
2) Collected into inventory

For some reason, some actions can activate the arrow entity's physics and the lack of a defined bounce sound produces the debug beep (if sound debug is enabled).

This was fixed with rev 15535 by Springheel - base class of all arrows has a set of snd_bounce spawnargs.
