Our arrow weapon defs don't have bounce sounds defined because weapons are typically
in two states:

1) Available in a static loot location
2) Collected into inventory

For some reason, some actions can activate the arrow entity's physics and the lack of a defined bounce sound produces the debug beep (if sound debug is enabled).

Fixed for all arrows that inherit from ammo_arrow.

Also added some values to keep arrows from bouncing around for twenty seconds. They still regularly spin like a top, but I'm not sure how to deal with that.

This issue is targeted at 2.08, so I don't merge it to 2.07, correct?

Do I understand it right that there was no sound for arrows when they lie as ammo on a table or chair, and something kicks them?

Yes, the player can't give an impulse to ammo arrows, but if some other movable object hits them, they can be moved.

As for adding it to 2.07, I guess it depends how much testing we're still going to do. There's always the small chance that giving arrows a mass could have unforseen consequences.
