Summary0004799: ship_hull_dark doesn't contain an ambient method for when global5 == 2
DescriptionComparing ship_hull_dark to ship_hull_medium, it turns out the dark material only contains an ambient method for global5 == 1, but not for global5 == 2. Should be enough to just paste it over and change a couple names.

As of TDM 2.02, Ambient shading is done via the interaction shader when method 2 is selected. You should no longer need to add the "Enhanced Ambient" stanza to your material definitions.

(We should probably mass remove it.)

Please do delete those, it'll make it easier to get an overview on the contents of each material shader this way.
