|0006267: Safe prefab safe02_standing_combination_lock.pfbx doesn't unlock
|When setting the combination wheel to the default '123' setting, the safe doesn't unlock. This is assuming that the value of the 'slot' spawnargs on the wheels is in fact the combination.
Also, if any special knowledge/setup is required to use this, it should be added to the prefab 'description' field. for example, where to set the combination value or anything else that a mapper might not be aware of.

OK - the actual combination is set on the atdm:safe_lock entity with the spawnarg 'combination'.
Could this please be added to the prefab description? And the same for safe03_wall_combination_lock.pfbx.
The instructions can already be found in the entity description for the combination lock. However, DR doesn't support prefab descriptions for prefabs that contain no worldspawn.
One possibility that a handful of prefabs make use of is to add a brush floor or cube to the prefab that carries the tooltip. However, this may also be confusing to mappers who don't know the purpose of that brush. Alternatively we can ask greebo again whether he can update DR with this feature, but it very probably won't make it in time for 2.12.
|Yes i did eventually figure it out, so I guess this can be closed as https://bugs.thedarkmod.com/view.php?id=5467 is there to tackle the root problem.
