Summary0000832: Implement proper behaviour for sitting AI
DescriptionThis includes stand up behaviour plus sitting down again when returning to idle. Will take a while to code that in, but is needed.

This is related to AI sleeping behaviour, but I'll leave that open for another issue report.

AI has separate sitting MoveState.
This will be entered at map start when AI has set the spawn arg "sitting" "1".
AI go back after being alerted and sit down again at the same position (almost, they are currently a little bit in front of the right position). Standing up and sitting down looks a bit strange right now, as those anims aren't supported yet.
